Who is responsible

FOXERA LTD (company number 16965121), trading as Foxera Group, United Kingdom. Contact: david@foxera.uk.

What this site collects

There is no account and no login. Personal data is collected only when you choose to give it:

What happens to it

Contact-form messages are emailed to david@foxera.uk through Brevo, our email provider. PA chat messages are processed by an AI provider (OpenAI or Google) to write the reply, and the full transcript is emailed to David when the conversation ends. A meeting you book is added to David’s Google Calendar. A call-back you ask for is placed by FoxEra’s AI calling system through our telephone provider, Twilio; that call is recorded and transcribed like any FoxEra call. Everything is used only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run that work. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used for marketing. Some of these providers are based in the United States; we rely on the standard safeguards UK law recognises for sending data there.

Usage tracking

Where a Foxera system records how it is used, that recording is limited to which features are opened and when, so the product can be improved. It never records keystrokes, passwords or payment details. This notice is live before any recording starts, on every Foxera system.

This website counts page views and clicks on its main buttons (for example “book a call”), storing the page, the button’s wording, a random session number that is forgotten when you close the tab, and a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address so repeat visits can be counted. The code cannot be turned back into your address, but it is treated as personal data. It does not record your name, what you type, keystrokes, passwords or payment details. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also counts page views without cookies and keeps standard server logs for security. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

How long it is kept

Enquiries, PA transcripts and call-back records are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back. Page-view and click records are kept until we delete them. Ask and your data is deleted.

Portfolio publication

If you give separate written approval for Foxera Group to show your project in its portfolio (see terms of use), the approved material — such as your business name, logo and website address — may appear on this site and on Foxera Group’s social media. No personal data beyond what you approved is published. You may withdraw approval by emailing david@foxera.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email david@foxera.uk and it will be done. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
