Your systems are fine.
The 6am is the problem.

I fix the gap between hospitality software and the way a real operation actually runs — because I have run one. Fourteen years in multi-site operations, eight in hospitality software, and I build the systems too.

Who I work with

Multi-site operators

Restaurant, pub and hotel groups where stock, labour and reporting don't line up across sites.

Hospitality software vendors

Implementation overflow, stalled go-lives and accounts where adoption has quietly stopped.

Implementation partners

Delivery capacity for hospitality rollouts, from discovery through hypercare.

Why me and not another consultant

Most implementation failures I have seen were not software faults. They were a stock count nobody had time to do properly, a delivery process that broke at 6am, or a head chef who was never asked.

AI systems I built and run in production today

On the last one, plainly: those are systems I built and operate myself — an AI voice-agent calling operation and AI features inside a hospitality inventory product. I can show you live call volumes, connection rates, escalation rates and cost per call. They are not client case studies, and I won't dress them up as any.

What I do

Implementation & adoption

Discovery and process mapping against the real workflow. Configuration, data preparation and migration. Training built for the people who actually key the data. Go-live and hypercare, including the first stock count and the first period close.

Account rescue

Adoption has stalled and renewal is at risk. I diagnose why the site stopped using it — nearly always process or staffing, rarely the product — rebuild the routine around the system, and report back honestly on what is product, what is process and what is the customer.

AI workflow implementation

One workflow into production with one success metric, measured before and after. Missed-call and booking recovery, demand and rota forecasting, stock and waste, invoice and document automation. Human review stays in the loop, and I will tell you when the native feature in software you already own is the better answer than anything I could build.

What I've built

Everything below is mine — built by me, running now. It is the reason I can talk about implementation without hiding behind slides.

Hospitality inventory software

A full stock-control product for hospitality operators — purchasing, recipe costing, stock counts, variance reporting, with AI features built in. I own it and I run it.

AI voice-agent calling system

An outbound calling operation using AI voice agents, live and running real campaigns. I can show you call volumes, connection rates, escalation rates and cost per call.

Workflow demo

A working demonstration of one hospitality AI workflow, on synthetic data. Ten minutes, live, no slide deck. Ask and I'll walk you through it.

Said plainly: these are my own products, not client projects. Nobody has paid me to build them and I'm not presenting them as case studies. What they prove is that I can build and run this class of system — which is a different claim, and the honest one.

Read something useful before you contact me

Where multi-site inventory rollouts actually fail — six failure points in the goods-in to stock-count loop, what to check for each, and the first-48-hours diagnostic list I use. It is the method I would apply to your business, written out in full. No email address required.

How working together starts

1 · Short form

Ten questions below. No system access, no data, no NDA to sign. Five minutes.

2 · A call

Twenty to thirty minutes, free. We work out whether the problem is real and whether I am the right person for it.

3 · Written hypothesis

One page: what I heard, my preliminary read, what I would need to confirm it. Free, and yours to keep either way.

4 · Paid diagnostic

Four working days, fixed price. This is where analysis of your business begins, and where it is charged.

I will not ask for access to your till, stock or accounting systems before there is a signed engagement, a data processing agreement where personal data is involved, and my insurance confirmed. Anyone who asks earlier than that is asking for something you should not give.

What it costs — consultancy

EngagementStandardLaunch offer

Single-workflow pilot — 30 days elapsed, 8–12 days of my time£4,500–£7,500£3,750–£6,000
Delivery — 5–20 site operator£450/day£400/day
Delivery — large group or software vendor£550/day£475/day
On site+£100/day+£100/day
Ongoing support retainer — 2 / 5 / 10 hours a month£200 / £450 / £85020% off

The launch offer, stated openly: my first three clients pay the reduced rate in exchange for a written reference and permission to publish an anonymised case study. It closes on 31 December 2026 or when the third engagement is signed, whichever comes first. After that everyone pays the standard rate, including me — I would rather tell you why it is cheaper now than have you wonder what is wrong with it.

Retainer hours cost more than ad-hoc hours because you are buying guaranteed availability and a response time, not only the work. Half of any diagnostic fee is credited against implementation work commissioned within 90 days. All figures exclude VAT.

What it costs — the inventory software

Different work, different price. Consultancy is diagnosis and multi-site delivery. This is my own product, and helping you get it running is a smaller, simpler job — so it is priced as one, in fixed packages.

WhatPriceWhat you get, and how long
Free access£0One site, one user, a monthly allowance of AI credits, full written documentation. No time from me — the docs are the support.
Buy it outrightAsk meIf you want the software as a one-off purchase rather than free access, tell me what you need and I will quote it. Not everyone wants this, so it is not on the price list.
Get started£200Your site set up, up to 100 products and your suppliers loaded, one person shown how to run it. Done within a week.
Bring your data across£350Your existing products, suppliers and recipes imported from spreadsheets or your current system — up to 500 lines, checked against your own figures before I hand it over.
Set it up your way£200Features turned on or off, units matched to how your kitchen actually orders and counts, GP targets, reports and who can see what.
Train your team£150One two-hour session for up to six people, plus a one-page written routine they can pin up. Remote or on site if you are within reach.
All four together£800Cheaper than separately because doing them in one run genuinely saves time — not because the work is smaller.

Fixed prices, so you know where it stops. Every package above is a fixed fee for a defined job. If it takes me longer than I thought, that is my problem, not your invoice. If you want something outside these, I will quote it as a fixed price before I start — never after.

The software is free or cheap. My time is not free at any tier — setup, imports, configuration and training are chargeable, and you will always know the number before I begin. Modified code is not supported.

Tell me what's broken

This form sends me the answers above and nothing else. No tracking, no list, no follow-up sequence — I will reply personally, usually the same day.
